Our Tenants
If you answer YES to the questions below and you would like to apply for a unit, please call into our Office or fill out our pre-tenancy application form online.
Are you:
A New Zealand citizen, or permanent resident of New Zealand?
Do you:
Receive NZ Superannuation?
or
A benefit for a permanent disability?
Do you:
Have combined total assets of less than $80,000?
E.g., cash, investments, house or other property.
Our units are best suited to people living on their own. If you have a partner, you may both still apply, but your combined income, assets and situation will be assessed as part of your application.
Our Conditions
You will have to provide references from two previous landlords, and must be able to live independently and manage activities of daily living, such as:
living safely on your own
paying rent and meeting the expenses of keeping a unit i.e. electricity, telephone, lawn and garden care costs etc.
cooking, cleaning, personal care, and managing regular rubbish disposal
carrying out the requirements of the tenancy agreement
controlling visitors to the premises

Our units are allocated on a needs-basis, not on a first in, first served basis.
